Add and Edit Billing Information

Add a New Credit Card

  1. Click your profile image in the Workspace’s upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
  3. If you have multiple accounts, use the "Select account" dropdown to select the appropriate account.
  4. Click "Billing" in the left panel.
  5. Click "Add payment method"
  6. Enter the following information:
    • Card details: number, the expiration month and year, CVV code, Cardholder name.
    • Billing information: billing address, city, zip code, country, phone number.
  7. Click "Save".

Edit Billing Information

Please note, you’ll need to reenter your credit card number and CVV code whenever you edit your billing information.

  1. Click your profile image in the Workspace’s upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
  3. If you have multiple accounts, use the "Select account" dropdown to select the appropriate account.
  4. Click "Billing" in the left panel.
  5. Click "Edit". Edit your credit card and billing details in the pop-up that appears.
  6. Click "Save”.
  7. Enter your Wrike password* and select "Confirm".

*Does not apply to SSO users.

Remove Billing Information

  1. Click your profile image in the Workspace’s upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
  3. If you have multiple accounts, use the "Select account" dropdown to select the appropriate account.
  4. Click "Billing" in the left panel.
  5. Click "Remove".
  6. Enter your Wrike password* and click "Confirm".

*Does not apply to SSO users.
